Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All Marketing Fix sessions must be booked and paid for in full at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. 2. Cancellations & Refunds If you cancel your session with more than 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded. 3. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session is not permitted, and a new booking will be required. 4. Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ bookings. If you miss your session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. 5. Technical Issues (For Online Sessions) Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. If technical issues arise on my end, we will reschedule at no cost. If you experience technical difficulties, please notify me as soon as possible. Rescheduling due to client-side issues will be at my discretion.
