Booking Policy

Booking Policy By booking the Unbound Programme, you agree to these terms and the full Booking Policy and Terms of Service, which will be sent to you by email upon confirmation. The Programme The Unbound Programme is eight 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions delivered via Google Meet over approximately three months. Payment Pay in full: £1,600. Payment plan: 3 monthly payments of £533.33, collected automatically via Stripe. By choosing the payment plan, you commit to all three payments at the point of booking. Scheduling All eight sessions should be booked upfront and must be completed within three months of your first session. Sessions not completed within this timeframe will be forfeited unless an extension is agreed in writing. Rescheduling You may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, cannot be rescheduled and will be marked as used. Your Right to Cancel You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund, provided no sessions have been delivered. If sessions have begun at your request within this period, you will pay for sessions delivered. After 14 days, cancellation terms apply as set out in the full policy. Full details, including the model cancellation form, will be sent with your booking confirmation. Confidentiality Everything discussed in sessions is confidential, with limited exceptions required by law. Liability Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. I do not guarantee specific results. Full liability terms are in the full policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Full terms and the model cancellation form will be provided by email upon booking confirmation.
