Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Hannah Jane O'Donnell for your mindset coaching needs. To ensure smooth scheduling and effective coaching sessions, please read my booking policy carefully: Booking Confirmation: Once you book a coaching session, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at the time of booking. This email will serve as proof of your booking. Changes to Bookings: If you need to change a booking, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled session. You can manage your bookings either by following the instructions provided in your email confirmation or by directly emailing me at hannah@hannahjaneodonnell.com. Cancellation and No Show Policy: If you need to cancel a session, please ensure you provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so or if you are a no-show for the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the session, and no refund will be provided. Late Arrivals: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, please note that sessions will end as scheduled, regardless of your arrival time. If you arrive late, the session will not be extended, and you will be charged for the full duration of the session. Refund Policy: Except as outlined in this policy, refunds will not be provided for booked sessions. If you have any concerns or issues, please reach out to me directly at hannah@hannahjaneodonnell.com, and I will do my best to address them. Session Preparation: To make the most out of your coaching sessions, I recommend coming prepared with specific goals, challenges, or topics you'd like to discuss. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Your privacy and trust are of utmost importance to me. Feedback: Your feedback is valuable to me. After each session, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback to help me improve my services continually.
