As a professionally certified coach (ICF, EMCC) I am dedicated to helping you to overcome life's obstacles and unlock your potential. With over 200 hours of specialised training in human behaviour, mental health first aid certification, and expertise as a neuromindfulness practitioner, I'm here to coach you and support you.

MY TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Access a monthly coaching session to keep you aligned to your goals and personal well-being. Use this time to gather your thoughts, talk through what's on your mind and come up with your plans for the following month, keeping you aligned to your personal growth ​

What's included?

1 x 60 minute online coaching session one per momth

Investment: £150 per month (3 month minimum)
